Class Villa's is owned and managed by Malcolm and Pat Smith. After many years of running their own successful businesses in the UK, they decided to establish a company in Spain, a country that they both live and enjoy to the full. Class Villa's is a small and specialist villa rental company that offers customers a personal and genuinely caring holiday experience and one that ensures that it's customers become as passionate about the real Spain, as they are themselves.

All of our villa's featured, are very carefully selected by Malcolm and Pat and all aspects of the perfect holiday experience are taken into consideration. From luxury furnishings and utilities right through to the position of the Villa and cleanliness, not one detail is overlooked.
